WOW: the somewhat different museum. With us, we put perception to the test and create new perspectives. Our vision: to inspire young and old, to create a place of optical illusions and, above all, to bring more WOW into people's everyday lives. We are looking for reinforcements to join our team immediately or by appointment.
Your tasks:
- Building maintenance: Monitoring and Maintenance of Building Infrastructure, including Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems, Electricity & Lighting
- Repairing building defects, such as leaks, damage to walls and floors
- Exhibit maintenance: Regular Inspection and Maintenance of Museum Objects to Maintain Their Condition
- Restoration and maintenance work of exhibits: Mainly painting and assembly work.
- Exhibition support: Setting up and dismantling exhibitions as well as assistance with the installation of temporary pop-up exhibits.
- Cleaning work: Regular cleaning and maintenance of exhibition rooms, storage areas and public areas of the museum.
- Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for visitors.
- Documentation and reporting: Keeping records of maintenance and repairs carried out. Preparation of reports on the condition of exhibits and necessary measures.
- Support in all relevant areas of what needs to be done and maintained in the museum
- If interested:
- Daily business activities/technology handling/ visitor coordination
- Reception of guests and supervision
- Supervision at the Weekend
Basic requirement:
- Manual Skills
- Experience in the Tasks mentioned
